Applying for a research grant to work in Brazil
Young post-doctoral researchers can apply under the "Attraction of Talented Youth" (Atração de Jovens Talentos) programme.
Applicants working abroad (outside Brazil) who have excelled in their scientific or technological career are eligible to receive funding and resources to perform a two to three year-long research project in Brazil. The host research group would also receive funds, in the form of a bench fee.
The programme anticipates the availability of at least 100 scholarships for young researchers per year.
The call deadlines in 2012 are 15 February, 4 June, and 1 October and more information can be found at the following address:
