How to apply
The following original documents need to be submitted in English to the Erasmus Office:
- Application Form
- Learning Agreement (your study plan, signed and stamped by the representatives of your university)
- Transcript of Records (the list of courses taken both with grades and ECTS gained, issued and signed by your university)
Deadline:
- winter semester 29 June 2012
- summer semester 30 November 2012
Please do not send copies, scans etc. We accept only the originals duly signed and stamped.
After being delivered, your documents are sent to the proper faculty coordinator, who signs them. You will then get the Acceptance Letter which is the last step of your acceptance procedure.

After your arrival
If you wish to modify your study plan, please complete the Changes to Learning Agreement.
When you finish your studies at WrUT, you will be obliged to deliver Departure Chart for Erasmus Students to International Office, duly signed and stamped by the representative of the specific units.
